I, Susan Woods, am a journalist because I am involved with the progression of society. I observe life and pursue the truth for the public. I use my connections to inform others, with the hope the facts speak louder than my own voice.

I am a junior at Wayne State University and a member of the Journalism Institute for Media Diversity.
